We want you to love MagicFunnel.io. If something isn't right, this policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

Paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Simply contact us within that window and we'll process your refund — no questions asked.

2. Subscription renewals

Recurring renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

3. Lifetime deals

Lifetime purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. After this period, lifetime deals are final and non-refundable, as access is granted permanently.

4. AI credit packs

Unused AI credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been consumed, that portion is non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Email billing@magicfunnel.io with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
