These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MagicFunnel.io. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MagicFunnel cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to build funnels promoting illegal activity, fraud, harassment, hate speech, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime deals are non-transferable and tied to a single workspace. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you create. We retain all rights to the Service, including templates, source code, and AI models.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. See our Status page for live availability and incidents.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicFunnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
